ROOMS

We have 6 rooms available for your choice.

En-suited rooms:
room 1, 2, 3 available as double or twin for double or single occupancy
room 3 available as family room for 2, 3 or 4 persons.

Standard rooms:
room 6 available as double or twin for double or single occupancy
rooms 4, 5 available as single for single occupancy

KITCHEN

Designated storage refrigeration and freezer space for each room within large shared kitchen. Complete with microwave, fan convection oven, slow cooker, gas hob and dishwasher.

Breakfast service between 7am and 9 am.
Use our kitchen as you would your own!

LAUNDRY

Washer dryer plus consumables, exterior clothes line and pegs, ironing boards and electric steam irons are provided on a shared basis at additional charges.

An external laundry service with on site pickup and return is also available to additional tariff. Pillows, slips, sheets, duvets, covers, towels and facecloths are provided for both overnight and permanent residents.

LOUNGE AND DINING ROOM

You may wish to enjoy our lounge/dinning area where comfortable seating is available complete with TV, DVD, HIFI and radio for recreational viewing and listening. Use of dining area for private functions available by prior arrangement.

GARDEN AND DRIVEWAY

Enjoy our garden, maintained weekly by commercial contractors.

If you are driving feel free to use on site parking - 1 bay per room or otherwise by arrangement.

E-MAILS, TELEPHONES ETC

We know it is important to keep in touch and that is why there is wireless connection available in our Guest House, provided free of charge. If you wish to use our PC in the office – it is available out of office hours daily; FAX, printer and copier are available for you at additional fee.

We do have telephones in each bedroom for incoming calls together with automatic answering service. Outgoing calls are at additional charge and fully itemized bill will be provided for you.
