General Services and Facilities - All Residents
Meals
 The following self-catering facilities available to all residents:
Designated storate refrigeration and freezer space for each room within large
shared kitchen. Complete with microwave, fan convection oven, slow cooker, gas
hob and dishwasher.
These facilities are further enhanced by the provision of a range of basic essentials
for self catering supplied free of charge to all residents. [click for

Alternatively to additional tariff, let us prepare you a full English breakfast available between 7am and 9am (Saturdays 8.45am)daily, or help yourself to a self service continental starter from our breakfast bar facility at a time of your choice (Saturdays between 8.45am and 10 am
and Tuesdays 9.00am and 10.15am excluded).
Room service will deliver either breakfast en suite between 7am and 9am at no additional charge.

Towels and Linen
Pillows, slips, sheets, duvets, covers, towels and facecloths are provided for
both overnight and permanent residents.

Laundry
Washer dryer plus consumables, exterior clothes line and
pegs, ironing boards and electric steam irons are provided free
of charge on a shared basis.
An external laundry service with on site pickup and return is also available
to additional tariff.

Cleaning
All rooms cleaned weekly and on turnover with additional attention to kitchen/bathroom/shower
room and toilet accomodation.

Telephones
Incoming calls may be taken throughout the premises and garden when convenient,
using the cordless phone sets. Automated answering service provided.
Outgoing calls from bedrooms only - fully itemised bills provided in
conjunction with rental account.

Office
The following facilities are provided free of charge - subject to priority
utilisation to existing on site Building Surveying practice during normal working
hours.

Mountain bikes with cycle locks, panniers and lighting sets provided for residents
